What is momentum? The dictionary defines it as the impetus gained by a moving object. In this case, you are the moving object. As you are moving it is easier to keep momentum, but when you stop you are going to have to use twice as much momentum to get going again. This is how many business owners run their business. They gain momentum and then they stop. The re-start and have to build up again and then they stop. They struggle with consistent effort.
