Initial 8-week foundational program

Energy & performance coaching starts with understanding your unique energy blueprint.

—> How it works:

The initial program includes 4 (one-hour) coaching sessions via Zoom or phone; and homework, education & tools between sessions through a customized private podcast. 

We cover four pillars: Goal setting, understanding your unique energy blueprint, how to tap into your optimal performance, and building an energy management plan. After 8 weeks, you can continue on a maintenance program or choose one of my other coaching programs.

Some experience with coaching, therapy, or self-development – we dive in deep quickly and you need to have the ability to self-reflect

A strong desire for change – there is no point in coaching if you don’t have the motivation to shift your current experience

Commitment to 2 hours a week for coaching & homework – I will help you carve out the time but you have to commit to it 

Openness to work with the body & not just the mind – your energy & performance are determined by your body, not just your mind

You already listen to podcasts or are open to it – the private podcast is an important part of this coaching program and is required to get the results

You are willing to invest in your sustainability – you want long-term sustainable success and aren’t focused on quick fixes

I understand personally & professionally the importance of optimizing your energy.

I have helped thousands of people learn to optimize their energy & performance, but I also had to learn how to do this for myself early in my career. My energy blueprint was always different – this is just one of the reasons I hit burnout multiple times in my 24 years of entrepreneurship. I couldn’t “hustle” in the same way that I saw my peers. To succeed, I had to operate differently. As I learned to understand my energy and find my path to optimal performance, I developed steps to do this work with my clients. I have worked with introverts, neurodiverse leaders, and individuals with chronic disabilities. No matter what you want to achieve, there is always a way. 

Over the last 24 years, I have studied psychology, neuroscience, business, leadership, personal development, communication skills, stress management, mindfulness, trauma therapy, and more to help my clients find their optimal performance.
